Passed away peacefully in his sleep at home, aged 84 years after a short illness.
Beloved husband of Diana and adored father of Debra, Vanessa and Katherine. Treasured grandfather of Rose, Hamish, Cammy and Patrick. Dear stepfather to Rhian and Rebecca. Loving brother of Heather. Much loved Uncle.
A prominent Liverpool businessman, Russell was passionate about helping others and an avid Caldy RFC supporter.
Rest peacefully our hero - you will be missed always but are forever in our hearts.
Funeral service to be held at The Lighthouse Church, Heswall, Wirral CH60 0AJ at 9.30am on Friday 10th of May (parking at Pye Road, CH60 5RG) and afterwards at Caldy Rugby Football Club.
Family flowers only with donations, if wished, to support Merseyside Community Training c/o Charles Stephens Funeral Directors.
